Hi,


Please help me in resolving the problem with Convergia if anyone has how you resolved your issue with Convergia.

I sent many emails to them and tried to call them but all went to vein.

My name is Rajashekar, yesterday I received a Invoice from convergia.
I have never accepted or activated or used your service, but still i got a invoice to my address.  I am not going to accept this Invoice.
Since I have not used your service at all, I am not going to pay the bill. And do please cancel my account if it has been created.

I have tried calling the customer care, but I never got the response back even after waiting for 30mins.

I have bad experience from convergia. I have used service for couple of calls from convergia. I didn't like service immediate after i tried to call convergia to cancel account. I never got chance to speak with cusotmer representative of convergia.

After i got call from convergia's representative for bill. I said i never used your service, customer representative were agreed upon $50 to pay convergia and after receiving $50 she gonna be cancel the account and there will no more Due towards account still i have received from credit agency notice to collect money,

Stop to go convergia........internet terrorist they are!!!!!!!!!!!such a bad experience.

I get these calls daily, they just started about 2 weeks ago. I have NEVER used convergia and have been using the service I currently have for many years now. So I definately don't owe Convergia jack.... These calls are a nuisance and nothing more. Caller ID tells me the caller is unavailable and the caller hangs up everytime the phone is answered. Something needs to be done about this crap. Has anyone else been able to get anything done about this?
