I received the call today. Karen lady had previous address and bank information, and old e-mail for me and claims that I owe money to an online cash advance loan company from back in 2008. Saying the amount owed was over 1,000 and that because Im a "first time offender" they are offering a settlement payment of $500 to settle the debt. She also claimef the company had made 2 attempts in the past 8 years since through mail and e-mail. This is crazy [***], its ridiculous, I know I could not just forget to pay something just like that, neither would I just simply REFUSE to pay for money I owe. Its amazing how legitimate they try to make it all sound.
