So called again, wanting more information of the person who called, who was Karen. I wanted Address of company and name and for them to send a validation letter through just e-mail for now and "Tim" gave me attitude saying well I cant give you her information like her "last name" and that why am I calling back if I chose to go to court (to dispute) the debt.
Received 3 calls so far from a Terry McMillian stating that there is a case in their office that requires my immediate attention. I need to retain a lawyer or else they will seek action. What the hell seriously????!!!!!
I do not know what this lady is talking about. Called me today about a unpaid debt from 2008-2011??? No idea. Threatening to sue me if I don't pay over $1000 by tomorrow. Hung up on my lawyer.
Call today saying I owed money from a cash advance from 2008-2011 and I need to retain a lawyer to mediate matter or pay $1006.03 by tomorrow. She had my old work address, phone number,name of my business, old email address and knew my bank! I told her I never got the messages and I was sure I did not owe it and why didn't they mail me info instead of email. I had my lawyer call and she hung up on her and was very rude to both of us.
