They did the exact same thing to me! Called saying I was being sued, that I needed to take care of this IMMEDIATELY or Else! They offered me no proof at all of this payday loan (the only one I ever took out years ago, I paid off), in addition, the woman on the phone was ugly, belligerent and cursing me because not only would I not cooperate with her, I laughed at her..HOW DARE I..lol
This number has called several times and said they were a mediator we needed to contact them as soon as possible. Got a massage today saying they needed to talk to me or my attorney today or they will go ahead with suing us. Called the number and got no one to answer.
Cindy this is nothing but a scam, same exact words in my message on my cell, I didn't even listen closely enough to catch "mediator", for WHAT??!!! Block like I did!!!
