They did the exact same thing to me! Called saying I was being sued, that I needed to take care of this IMMEDIATELY or Else! They offered me no proof at all of this payday loan (the only one I ever took out years ago, I paid off), in addition, the woman on the phone was ugly, belligerent and cursing me because not only would I not cooperate with her, I laughed at her..HOW DARE I..lol
Beware if this number they use, 765-201-4376. They called me and said I had 3 warrants for pay day loan fraud. Going to take my driver's license and contact my employer. They almost had me. Sick [***] people.
