Showed up as DCS Associate on caller ID, had called me and my parents next door to sell windows. I asked how he has my name since I am on no-call list and he said "Oh yea"... and hung up 06-24-09.
called and asked if it would be interested in new siding and/or windows, if they offered a good price. Caller identified himself as "Rusty"???? So much for the "no call lists" that we all sign up for!!!
I just now received a call from this number. I didn't answer it in time, so I called the number back several times and it's busy. I'm glad I read these posts! I sure won't be calling back now ----
caller identified hismelf as rusty and asked if i owned the house on __th and i said no. he said "an apartment?" i said "mmhmm" and then he just hangs up without saying a word!
After the salesman asked if I were interested in buying siding or windows, I told them "put me on the do not call list." He said they are exempt from that, there must be an exception for people selling siding. lol I just hung up after that.
P.S. I have been on the official do not call list for a number of months.
