When no message is left from an unknown number chances are it's someone fishing(collecting) active numbers to sell to telemarketers! That's why they say no message left.
I was bored and answered.. Robo call to start -- for funding for my business (I do not own one) I pressed one and talked to female.. she asked me about my (fake) business of a hot dog stand.. asked for sales etc.. did not even understand that I telling her I seasonal. and sales of 17k. Started to ask me how I felt about getting funded by them on scale of 1-10 -- I answered 5 on all questions -- and she seemed surprised. they were offering me 5k in funding -- I tried to get their address as one question was how comfortable would you be with the funding if the terms are OK. I said I would be very comfortable if met in person. She said I would have to qualify after the brief survey -- next question I answered 5 again and she ended the pitch.
As I was on the phone I tried to pull them up on the internet and not shocking no information.
What actually happens with these registered complaints? The calls keep coming. Unsolicited call, have no idea who it is - If I don't recognize the number I don't answer as I rarely give out my cell phone number for anything.
