The number called me today and instead of a name it simply had the phone number again. I answered and no one would speak to me. Just hung in silence. I finally hung up.
I block my number and called back and there was some message that said please hit any button to be taken off this list. I knew better to try that.
On other sites I found that this number was used for both an Utility bill scam and a cell phone bill scam. The number has been used for a few different scams. From what I can learn it is a prepaid cell phone.
I am still trying to figure out why people think that putting on here that someone didn't leave a message means anything. Ridiculous. There are many times I call friends, family and even business contacts and do not leave a message as I don't need them to call me back.
I am putting this number in my little blacklist/block box that's on my phone line. love that little box...
