Credit card solicitation to change cards /reduce interest rate

just got a call. answered it and no one said anything and then they hung up. called back and it was disconnected.

I filed a complaint at www.donotcall.gov
for this phone number...

Received a call on my cell from this number: 515-989-9889 .
The partial message I got was from a robocaller with a female voice offering what sounds like a credit card debt counseling service.

I just got the same call on my Cell at work & missed the call & called it back & it said it was disconnected...thanks everyone for your input, nice to know I'm not alone!!

I just got the call from this number up in Alaska. like many of you, when I called back, I got a recording stating that the number has been disconnected.
