Just received a call from this number. I didn't recognize it so I didn't answer. They did not leave a message so I figured it was a telemarketer using an auto dialer. Auto dialer programs should be illegal.
same garbage. I pressed one after the automated female said something about card debt, totally expecting an innocent mistake of a wrong number on their part as I have no debt. It took 12 rings before the "rep" even answered saying, "card services" (a little to generic). I said I just got the automated message and that they must have the wrong number, then he just hung up on me without saying anything. Tried calling back, but the number was out of service. This has SCAM written all over it!
I found this website with the FCC to report unwanted text messages and phone calls from telemarketers. I do receive a confirmation (snail mail) within a few weeks of their receipt, but nothing since.
