Don't ever "press X" (a number) to "be removed from" -- this only confirms a real person answered the phone. Then they use predictive dialing to call you again when they calculate you have a good chance of being home. Report robocalls to the FTC.
Stop using Google. Stop dealing with Google. Get them out of your lives and off your computer if you value your privacy. They are running on a platform of corporate greed and they only care about getting your money. When the revolution finally happens (when Americans finally wake up to the abuse they are getting) I hope we trash Google early on, along with the liars that control mainstream media. If you are unble to login to your Google account and have set-up what's called " 2 Step Verification" and have provided a call-back number Google 2 Step Verific. calls back with a code enabling you to get into your account w/Google. It's a scruity measure to protect you online account. As a robo-call it hangs up if it gets a machine/voice mail.
