My grandmother got this call too and she just hung up
I wish all these calls would stop but im glad im not alone in this situation.
im glad my grandmother is smart enough to know when to hang up and not listen to these calls and people, i will say Thank god for caller ID
Sharon Gardner popped up. NY #. Medic Alert + $1,000 grocery coupon SCAM. The DNC databank can't hold all the numbers of scammers for all the people who don't want these calls. They change numbers too often. I answer sometimes and play head games with them; or just pick up and hang up; or pick up and start touching the numbers on the keypad; or pick up and don't say a word and let the phone off the hook until you get a busy signal - that way it slows down (somewhat) another person getting these scam/scumbag calls.
been to the FCC web site, too--it doesn't work either--they all claim there are too many numbers to check--obviously the phone companies aren't going to do anything--they would lose money, so they charge you to block--we used to be able to do that ourselves for those of you who don't know that.
