These people are ridiculous. Scam! Scam Scam! They called me saying they were going to lower my interest rate and I pressed 1 because I do not have a credit card. He says, "But you are paying high rate." I explained I didn't understand how because I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD. He was replied, " Visa? MasterCard?"
Then I said, "what company is this?! What is your name?!" As soon as I said that, he hung up the phone. I called back to be put straight into some 'hold' music. Then got disconnected. Called again, now the operator is saying the number I am dialing can not be reached at this time.

The card service scammers WILL 'service' our credit cards, BUT, when they finish 'servicing' them, they will have NO available credit remaining! People that are fooled into having their cards 'serviced' will be charged a MINIMUM of $795.00, and many times the ENTIRE amount remaining on the card. The card service scammers are a disgusting group of degenerates, who prey mainly on the low income, and the elderly, but will cheat anyone that they can!
This number is a fraud. I only have Visa cards, he advised me he wanted to lower my MasterCard account. He was advised that I am retired/former Law Enforcement, and that they are playing games with the wrong person. He corrected his position very quickly and to never call me again.
Had the same recorded message. Tried to remove from call list by pressing "2" and got the same message that I was pressing the wrong number. Hope they recorded my message I said while hanging up. Wonder why the New York State Attorney does not shut these criminals into prison.
