Just had a call with a very rude "George Bauer" (a very, very, VERY Indian/HIndi man) from "Debt Elimination System" about how I have a $2000 balance on my credit card that I must have forgotten about. I told him I have no credit cards, no student loans, etc and he's full of it. He kept asking me if I spoke English and to spell Debt Elimination System (he could not pronounce it at all). He was extremely rude, and when I insisted I be put on a do not call list he told me he cannot do that and will call me "again and again". I informed him that was very illegal and I would be reporting him to the proper authorities. He kept trying to read his script and I told him very slowly that I was to be put on the do not call list and to never call again. I will make sure to give them hell if they call again ;)
Called w/wife's name...claiming $2000 balance...didn't mind talking w non card holder...wanted card # to check her eligibility...(scammer wants card #s...)... Poorly rehearsed script, poorer yet english...prob raising money for themselves and HILLARY:)
