This is definitely a huge predatory scam. The call is a recording that says "this is about your credit card. There is no problem. We are calling to help you lower your interest." Sorry, but if I have credit cards, and if the banks call be regarding my accounts, they would A) know the name of their legitimate business and B) identify themselves by it. Total scam! Block this number.
