This person called here too. My babysitter said I wasn't home, and he asked when I would be. Very weird. I wish I could get more info on what this is. It came up as Cold Spring NY
I've gotten numerous calls from "Patrick" at that number over the last couple of weeks. I am in the Do Not Call registry. Verizon tells me I cannot block a phone number. :(
I received a call from this number two times yesterday and I hit redial and received a message that this number is no longer in service. I answered the call this morning because I knew that they would continue to call. He had my correct first name and stated that his name was Ryan Jones and that I could receive medical compensation. I asked him three times to place my number on the do not call list. I am on the federal DNC list. He kept interrupting and I finally said that I know this is a scam and he is probably calling from India (very difficult to understand Indian accent). He said that I was the most ignorant woman he has ever talked to. I then hung up. I called the number back and there was just silence on the line, no ring or automated message.
I forgot to mention that I filed an online complaint with fcc.gov/complaint. I am annoyed on a daily basis and I have decided to try and do something about it. Maybe one day the FCC can prevent this harassment. I am always hopeful.
