CullyAnn, in addition to putting these numbers in your contact list, you can assign a silent ringtone to the entry so you won't be bothered when they call. And on my Android phone I send the caller straight to voicemail. In time you will have hundreds of numbers blocked. It almost becomes a game of cat and mouse.

Even if your number isn't on the DNC list, you can still file a complaint if the call was a recorded greeting and not a live person.
