Chick told me she represented Chase,Mastercard,American Express and Discover....I said how can you possibly manage all the credits cards out there....and wouldn't they give me a lower rate before she did....i also asked her what procedure she uses to do this?? She got quiet as death itself.....lmao SCAMMERS 4 SURE
Credit card interest rate scammer. On these types of calls, I always press 1, to speak with a "representative", but I never speak, 'just listen until they get frustrated, and hang up. I figure turnabout is fair play, and wasting their time gives me some satisfaction, along with knowing they won't get paid for a fish they allowed to get away. The "clever" ones have resorted to "press 1, for a call back", that way, they can claim that you called them....best to let the line remain open, on these, until the robo-dailer hangs up; it also wastes that particular circuit's time.
National Do Not Call is managed by the FTC, and all complaints are forwarded to the AG of the State, in which you reside. I actually had a "telemarketer" tell me that California was too broke to come after them, and to complain all I wanted. The FCC also inforces Do Not Call violations, and you can also make a complaint, directly to that agency, at this link:

Our call came as a recorded msg. I don't think computers are eligible for welfare lol. laugh it off it's just a robo call. Why let a simple phone call make you sound so bitter??? I'm following the others advice reporting and blocking, that's even if I care or look at the phone that day. smile......... can't be all that bad.
Received a call from this number today it was a recording about lowering my credit card interest.
I pressed 1 like the recording said, the person that answered did not speak english very well and there
was a lot of noise in the back ground. They tried telling me I had several credit cards with a high
balance when I challanged that, because I only have one card with a low balance the person promptly hung up on me. I am thinking this is a scam to get someone to give out their credit card numbers. I hope no one falls for it.
