I would suggest that this could be a disgruntled ex employee of Homeland, who is trying to damage them by making indiscriminate calls to people all over the country. Did Homeland have an employee with an Indian or Arab sounding accent?
This number has called several times, I'm going to file harassment charges. The people on the phone were very rude and hung up on me after asking a few questions

I would direct your energy to finding out who is misrepresenting themselves as your company, if that is what you feel is happening.
