I keep getting calls from RANDOM states at RANDOM phone numbers. Thank you Do Not Call Registry -- FOR NOTHING! More often than not, I end up missing their calls because I am not near my phone at the time... but I am sick of them calling period. WHY are companies like this allowed to go on?!?!?!?!?!? WHY!?? I want ANSWERS!
Shows up on called id as "Tax Releif" Yea right what are they selling. Filing complain with DNC & once this whole jobs/economy mess is squared away I am going to pressure my congressman to do something about putting some teeth into the DNC list because I get way too many sales calls & then have to ask to be put on their list. One should be sufficient.
Maybe there will be a hell for telemarketers where they sit in a microscopic cubicle all day and dial numbers that all come up as busy signals - never getting to talk to a soul for eternity.
I am at my wit's end with these people. They have been calling non-stop for over a week now. Yesterday I started keeping track and they called me 22 times! It's the same recording every time, I have pressed 9 to opt out countless times, it does nothing. I finally left them a message pretending I was interested in their scams and I got a live person to call me. I explained the harrassment and she said she would take my number off the list and report the problem to her manager. Although this worked with another company that was doing the same thing, this number has called me twice more after I spoke to someone. I would do anything to stop them from calling me. It's the most annoying thing I have ever experienced since I am a receptionist and have to answer the phone all day!!!
