Calls and asks for the owner by name (Indian accent). If you say he's not available, they say 'I'll call back later.' And they do, sometimes several times a day. Ask who they are and what they are calling about. Say they are Merchant Cash and Credit-will NOT take no for an answer and they do not remove you from their calling list if you ask them. Downright rude and pushy with illegal practices.
After saying hello several times a voice finally came on the line and asked for my boss by name. I asked who is this and they said "The Lender Company". When asked what the "Lender Company" is they replied "this is a financial matter that can only be discussed with the owner of the company". I hung up on them.
