Calls and asks for the owner by name (Indian accent). If you say he's not available, they say 'I'll call back later.' And they do, sometimes several times a day. Ask who they are and what they are calling about. Say they are Merchant Cash and Credit-will NOT take no for an answer and they do not remove you from their calling list if you ask them. Downright rude and pushy with illegal practices.
This company keeps calling asking for a person who doesn't exist at this company. Then claims to be a company called GMC Financial, which I could barely understand her broken English. I then asked if this was a solicitation call, her answer was of course "no this is not a sales call" so I handed the phone over to my husband who loves to torture the people of these telemarketing calls. This WAS in fact a solicitation call, telling us we could get a loan, when asked how much we could get, the truth finally came out 125% of your receivables.
They called asking for the previous owner of the business by name. When I asked for them to leave a message they said no. Then once again asked for a finanical business partner of the business. Once again I said can I take a message they said no and hung up. Some Indian lady and have called 3 times in the past hour.
Calling for owner or co owner - Per recording i listened to, said she was calling regarding confidential financial matter and also from "the finance department of the lenders". A lot of noise in background. Our customers received a total of 12 calls to this number in August 2014.
Our business got a call from this number and they will only talk to the business owner...will leave no information other than this number. Sounds like he is from India.
