I join you in the daily frustration of constant calls from Benchmark, energy, credit cards etc. the do not call list on home phones and cell phones mean nothing. The govt. agencies responsible for monitoring the system care only to maintain their seat until retirement/ govy. pension. USELESS.
Don't answer unknown numbers, particularly at mealtime.

Stop caling my number - I am on do not call list - You keep calling me every half hour day after day and hang up when my machine picks up. I am sick of it.
Your callers do not maintain this site or this web page. Your callers cannot magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. You will not get compliance with your orders until, if possible, you deliver them *directly* to your caller.
This whole thread needs to quit bellyaching about the bloody DNC registry, the scope and purpose of which clearly escaped you. Here is the FTC FAQ page which the DNC site repeatedly invited you all to read before you registered your numbers. See items 28 through 32.
