Called around 8:30 pm. I said hello and they said my name..I said yes, and a woman introduced herself as Joy, said she was calling from Women's Cancer Research...asked could she mail me some info about donations...I said no and hung up.
I received a call at 857pm this evening from 520-277-0546. The girl asked for me by my 1st name and I said yes, and she hung up. Now I am wondering what they are going to try to bill me for, and what I said yes to. I am really sick of these types of people, It is coming to the point where I just don't want to answer the phone anymore.
Unlike the real scams where people have been duped out of thousands of dollars (IRS, tech support, debt collector, grant and pch), no one to date has ever been scammed by saying yes.
