I received a call yesterday at 3:57 pm from this number which i didn't answer and they call me again today around 10:23 am , i decided to answer this one and the guy on the other side just said hello..hello can you herd me.. hello and hang on me.

This was clearly a call from a FOREIGN COUNTRY. It was a CALL center most likely in India or Southeast Asia. They asked if I was the homeowner and said they were from a SOLAR Company. I simply told them WE ALREADY HAD solar. The calls STOP.
