He left me a voice mail and I had to listen to it three times before I could understand what he was saying. He gave his names as Mark Edwards. I would just love to scam him back.......
i got a call this morning from 530-208-0698. the guy said his name is john smith and doing IRS investigation on my taxes. i was suspicisou and asked why IRS calls on weekends. he said again by raising his voice that ;there is investigation on your taxes. ;u must call this number. then hung up. even gave his badge number like the IRS.
The 530-208-0698 is a persistent nuisance caller. At 7.45 am I received 3 in a row. It puzzles me how the US with all the sophisticated snooping electronic devices cannot trace these scambags. Most of these calls have a strange accent - my guess is some African like accent. I hope that when this scambag is traced he will receive his due in jail where he will be allowed just one telephone call. Most scammers use calls with a "530..."number.
9 times!!!!! First 3, I didn't answer. #4: Why did you just call my number 4 times in the last 3 minutes? I don't care who you are, don't call my phone. #5: WHAT??!! (Now I look up the #) #6: I'll admit I said some really bad words and told him everybody in USA knows what he's up to. #7: Call this # again and I'll blow you're ear off! #8: (Used my mom's teacher whistle in the phone trick). #9: Looking for the phone jacks to unplug my phone. What jerks.
