Yes, you can submit a claim through the FBI website. It's quick and easy. I had the same person claiming the same thing. I submitted his ( name) the number that he called from and that I have several vmails from this person.
Yep, 3 calls in 3 days. Obviously a scam but still so irritating. There is no "legal department of the IRS", at least not that calls you about your "tax documents". And NO IRS customer service rep is allowed to say "God bless you" at the end of a call.
Anyone who is being called really should call Customer Service 1-800-829-1040 just for peace of mind, to make sure there's nothing going on with your SSN or taxes. I actually called the IRS just because of all the identity theft, which has been booming the last few years.
I got a call from a heavy accented Indian woman saying from IRS,her name is Lisa Brown. when I called this 530-208-9830 it say : "you can not complete this call at this time please try again" so I typing this phone number in the web it shows all those information. I am glad I found out the truth. Thanks every !
