Not sure how she got my name but she called me by my old last name. That was my first red flag. Caller stated she was with Physicians Network and under a new program was able to supply me with any type of body support that I needed (back brace, ankle brace, knee brace) as long as I had aches or pains to qualify me and as long as I still have Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, or United Healthcare. Her name was Stephanie and she stated that I could get all of this for no cost and because it was not a drug related item, she was able to take all of my information over the phone to get said items to me. I began questioning her and asked where she was located. She stated she was located in Los Angeles but the phone number that she called me from was a Northern California phone number. I asked her if she was a business. She said yes. I said this sounds very fraudulent and I would be STUPID to give you any information. She then hung up on me.
