They wanted my wife. They had called multiple times (obvious robot) and not gotten through ...just static when I answered ...then the third call within three hours and the tell tale "click" meaning the robot turned it over to a real person for the "closing kill" ... they said they were trying to contact my wife (they knew her name) ... I interupted and said "what is this in regard to and who is this...they said "Doctor's Network"... I rudely said "you have called three times with the robot ...what are you selling???" They hung up . This is an obvious scam of some sort. I have learned to ask questions before the pitch and hang up on these types of calls very with a degree of rudeness. This discourages a call back. It usually works. They feed on polite people that have trouble saying "NO" or worse people who think they can get something "free." This is never the case.
About the same type of call as Beverly & KWW. This is a scam, phishing attempt for personal information. Do not give out any information over the phone to anyone, unless you know them. It's almost funny that "Stephanie" (this is her stage name) appeared to be associated with my health insurance but then rattled off 10 different companies and asked if my health insurance was one of those listed. If everyone files with FTC and Atty Gen, eventually they will be shut down.
I just got repeated calls from this number after screening it and then I blocked it.Its from ALLEGHANY, CA Its weird because I just made a police report on another number that called and asked me if I was applying for disability. They seem to be related calls. The other number is (530) 436-5202 and out of GRENADA, CA. My phones not ringing but thats because I am screening and blocking calls.
