They don't get the message because they are predators. Predators NEVER stop. YOU have to stop them. Block the SOB's with a call blocker. That's the easiest and most satisfying way.

Similar situation. I quickly asked her how she got my name and number. Then asked her why she was asking me questions about my health since Hippa Laws prevent this. I asked her to explain to me how she got my name and phone number. She then hung up.
