Yep! They just called me again for the second time this month. Couldn't make out what he was saying due to EXTREMELY heavy Indian accent. Hmm...IRS "Department", huh? Aren't you supposed to be on a government shut-down at the moment?!

Received a similar call this morning.  The caller left a voicemail (I couldn't even understand the name of the person they were trying to reach):   "...The very second you receive this message I need your or your retained attorney of record to reeturn the call, the issue at hand is extremely time sensitive, my name is Jason Smith from Internal Revenue Service Department and the hotline to my division is 530-289-8060 I repeat it is 530-289-8060.  Don't try to disregard this message to return the call as soon as possible before any legal allegation takes place we have determined that there is a legal deficiency in your income tax so goodbye and take care."
