RECEIVED SEVERAL CALLS FROM 585-331-8326 SAYING I OWE A DEBT AND IF I DONT PAY I WILL BE GOING TO JAIL COULD NEVER UNDERSTAND THE HEAVY ACCENT INDIAN I THINK
WHEN I FINALLY COULD UNDERSTAND ONE I GOT THE SAME STORY AS OTHERS HERE I BORROWED MONEY FROM QUICK PAY DAY LATE LAST YEAR I DIDNT THEY HAVE ALL MY INFORMATION SS NUMBER BANKING ACCOUNTS ETC. VERY THREATENING AND TOLD ME TO SEND A FAX STATING THEY COULD TAKE THIS MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT THEY HAVE ALL MY INFORMATION BUT COULDNT GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION TO THE NAME OF ACTUAL COMPANY OR PHONE NUMBER I OWED THIS MONEY TO
For the last month I have been recieving calls from 530-328-0104, 863-535-5916,863-266-4548 it is a man with a VERY strong Indian accent wanting me to call 585-331-8306, because they have a pending case against me. He said that I took out a payday loans for 567.00 and refusing to pay it back is going to cause me to be in severe legal action and troubles with the courts. He claimed at one point that he was and officer from the New York Civil Courts, and then that he was a U.S. Marshall...i have contacted all of these places there isn't anyone with this name "Ron Smith" which is who he claims to be. SCAM SCAM!!!!
its a scam ive told them that their being investagated by the federal trade commision, i told them that last week and they havent called back since. now their calling my cell phone some how they got my number. what ever u do just tell them that and hang up.
ive been recieving these calls in regards to my sister about supposedly having applied for a payday loan and are claiming to file a lawsuit and also send a cop to arrest her. the guy told me her social security number and gave my address. he claims he is a new york cop. he has been calling me for several months and he has also threatened me. i have contacted the cops and the cop told me there isnt much my sister can do and the only thing i can do is change my number so they no longer contact me. the cops has confirmed that it is a scam and the guy who has been calling me has called from somewhere in california.
these guys prey on people that have inquired or taken a payday loan. Especially if you use a site that farms your information out to thousands of lenders and accross the world. Never do a paydya loan. If you must make sure it is directly with the lender and not a broker farming your information out to thousands of companies. These scam artists have created bogus accounts and get your info. They also have realized that if they debit your account with out your authorization that the debit just gets returned and they dont get to keep the money. So they call you a threaten you with a law suit and that if pay a reduced ammount today that it will all go away. They get you to confirm all the infor mation they have on file and verbally agree to the payment. Now you can not get it returned and they get to keep your money because they have your recorded confirmation. And since they are calling from out of country on prepaid cells you will never find them to take the to court to get your money back for lying to you to get it in the first place. If you have not made payment on a payday loan you will get a call from a state agency giving you one last chance to make resitution and payment arrangements before they serve you with papers and arrest you. And by the way they can arrest you for not repaying your 500 payday loan. But it will be local and it will be very clear english and you will be able to go down and look at the paper work to prove that it is true. Plus you would have received about 200 calls from the payday place first. Give these people no information.
