these people called me about a payday loan that i never received telling me am going to jail i have three judgements against me in that i will be subpeoned to court on 12/08/2010 all the way an california what type of people are they leave me alone yhisa is the name of the company they gave me
They say they're calling from a law office representing the state of CA. They called me for a payday loan through CashAdvance that was deposited into my checking account and never paid back. I never took a loan with them but they had all my personal info. They left several messages on my work phone and said they will deliver court information paperwork to my work... when I asked to speak to his manager or supervisor he started getting rude and hung up- it's a scam!
i got this call saying i needed to call this number and talk to a guy named kevin and when i called the number it just hanges up and i keep asking the guy what this was about and he just said i needed to call that number right away and would not tell me anything else. how the heck are you suppose to call a number back when all it does is hang up on you.
I got one to. My lawyer called the number and they hung up on him 3 times. I was told I owe them over 700.00 dollars or I will go to jail. I never got a loan from them . It is a scam!!!! If they want 700.00 bucks ,I dare them to cme and get it.
