these people called me about a payday loan that i never received telling me am going to jail i have three judgements against me in that i will be subpeoned to court on 12/08/2010 all the way an california what type of people are they leave me alone yhisa is the name of the company they gave me
I have also receive calls for these people saying that I would go to jail if I didn't solve this matter. They began to get very ugly wiith me when I began to ask alot of question. I ask them why haven't they sent me out any paperwork about this matter and they gave me no answer. They have also called my jopob leave messaging. They even have all of my information.
I received a call yesterday from that 530 number. I called them back and ask what this is about. He had no clear answer so I told him me and my lawyer will see you in court. He quickly hung up and called back in 15 mins saying it was a mistake. I was mixed up with another person. What kind of debt collector calls and says "may God help you"? It bogus. Im going to call them back and tell him they owe me money!!
they called and said the same thing "good luck" may god help You".....well i hope God will be helping them because they pissed on the wrong tree! Dont let these ignorant fools scare you. Report it to your credit reporting agencies and law enforcement.

I hope you find these people and stop them before they get to someone that will pay them what they want. This is sick and they are doing this around CHRISTmas time. I will pray for these people.
