I have started receiving calls from an alleged Harrison Law Firm claiming that I have a lawsuit filed against me. It was very scary because he had all my personal information. The one thing he did not have was my work number. I know that the call was fake because I have not done anything that would result in a lawsuit.
They called me repeatedly today and then when I would answer they would say nothing. I called them back and finally got someone on the phone. He told me I was going to spend cold hard time in jail for a loan (that of course I never took out) I didn't pay back. When he said I was going to jail I started laughing and that's when he told me to "shut my f&@$&ng mouth you f&@$&ng b&tch" Needless to say he enraged me at 9:25 in the morning. Not happy. Had he just hung up on me I would have let it go, whatever scammer, but with his language I honestly want to repot him. Anyone know who I should report it to?
i got the call from their supervisor whose name is mike robinson & another person name is john peterson they call me twise on thursday about a pay day loan which i've not taken out.i think he is scammer & also they are calling from harrison law firm .they are just scarred people & taken out money. don't pay them money
ive been getting the same calls as well has any one acully gotten a law suit from these people im so scared do i just pay up i dont want them coming to my job and me losing my job over this please help...?
Got same call today.. Obvious scam.. Same scenario about owing money, and going to be taken to court. I told them to transfer me to an american. Guess I hurt his feelings, so he hung up, lol. I can care less. Also, I called the number back, and its a majik jack (from the commercial) phone number, so im about to call them and see what I can do.
