called 715 am no  one there

They called on thanksgiving saying that they calling from the IRS with a important message to please call a number that they were providing

they called again today, says my credit card will be blocked, etc,. annoying.

Got the same call 2x over thanksgiving weekend when not at home. Almost impossible to make out the broken English. Had to re-listen to the messages about 5 times each to figure it out. Clown was saying he was from the investigative dept. of IRS and my last years taxes were short and I had to contact him immediately of legal proceedings would begin.

A reverse phone look-up shows it to be a voice-over-IP call originating from California.
