they called my work and left this number to call back. a male with a middle eastern accent stated he was officer james (couldnt make out what he said last name was) and told my employer I was a suspect in a cyber crime
Mid East, poor English, use European sounding names in hopes it lends to their credibility. Indicate that there is a case in court for fraud (actually there could have been because when I got the payday loan---five of them from different payday loan companies I had already lost my my job); and that there was a warrant for my arrest.
1. No collectioin agency goes to that resort that quickly; they will first make contact with the owing party.
2. I am in contact with all five and have made substantial payments, once a payment is made the fraud is negated for most intents and purposes---people who commit fraud do not go out of their way to make good on a loan. Moreover there is a clause that even if it is fraud, if the offending party pays it off there is no crime. Prosecutors have better things to do than charge people who, even though they are substantively guilty, made good on the debt.
3. I received these loans from 12/15 2011 through 01/15 of 2012. A warrant issued that fast is unrealistic.
4. They do not give the correct Payday Loan company name.
Summation: Face East, lift your skirt and get your sandy butt in the air Mid East boy; this all American Man has got somethin' for ya.
mID eAST gUY SAID HE WAS SPECIAL AGENT CONNOR WITH THE fbi AND THAT i OWED MON EY FOR A PAYDAY LOAN.
tHAT HIS SUPERVISOR ORDERED HIM TO ARREST ME.
tHAT THIS COULD BE PREVENTED IF PUT 480.00 ON A wALmART cARD AND CALLED HIM BACK IN ONE HOUR.
So i still have this Kevin Foster calling me and now he want's my attorneys phone number so they can prosecute. he will not give any information. What first step do i need to take to stop these harrassing phone calls?
These people are Con Artist.......Just tell them you are going to report them to the police! They obtain information and then make these harassing phone calls to scare you into giving them money!
