Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. 'Steve Martin' makes his scamming calls as he rides through the dirt streets of Calcutta, on his undernourished camel. Any money he can scam people out of is split 50- 50 between himself and the poor camel-- a plate of curried rice for himself, and curry flavored straw, for the poor camel.
