Got two calls from this number today, but it shows up as +5305591657. No messages left either time. I dont want to answer it because Im afraid its some type of scam attempting to get my information.
There are a few of these organization/people who are working together. One group tells you they are from a government agency with the crime unit stating that you owe money and if you don't pay over the phone right then they are going to have you arrested. The next group says they are with the government and they have preselected you for a loan. In a 2 day span I received calls from both groups. Both groups have the Indian accents, and I tried calling the numbers back and I bugged them so they blocked my number from their servers. Maybe they will leave me alone now. I kept questioning them and they got so frustrated that they cussed and threatened me. They told me the police was on their way to arrest me because I wouldn't pay over the phone and I told them to go ahead that I would be waiting for them. Looking back it was kind of funny......they are so stupid.....why can't they get a real job like the rest of us??/
I have received the same thing from these people on today as well. But only not from this number as well, but from another number all in one day in 15 minutes.
Just got a call today from this number with the same $7500 grant [***]. They had my information and such. Told me I had three options to get the money. Direct transfer, a credit card, or western union. I went along and kept asking lots of questions. I said i wanted western union. The lady sounded Indian. Gave me a number to call. 202-738-1973. Told me I had to call their finance manager or whatever. Gave me an ID #. I calle the number just to see what it was and it just kept ringin over n over. I called the 530 number back and I got the message that it was disconnected. Legit? I don't think so. But I sure as hell will enjoy myself if they ever call me back. Mwahahahaha
Update: just tried the 202 number again. Some lady with an Indian accent answered. I let her her hello a few times and hung up. A second later my phone rang. It was someone offering a loan. 971-208-9936. I told her i wasnt interested. Maybe thats how they goy my number. By me calling them for the so called grant. Maybe they thought i was gullible enough. Oh man. Am I gonna spam the hell out of that number now =] call me? I call YOU. Haha
