call constantly call back their box is full not accepting messages !!! ya sure. So just turne their # into the local police im marysville & yuba city , also the FTC the FBI & the Secret Service they all took my complaint & the number that has been calling they all suggested this is a scammer & they will all get back to me . Do the same & stop the calls report them to all of the above like I did.
Same person calling from this number and 530-237-2233 claiming to be from harrison law firm telling me I am being sued , told him to send me someting in writing , he hung up. Has heavy accent said his name was jerry smith, that's original.
I had a word with Mr. Smith about the same, but that person was very much generous to me. Some one stole my identity and committed a fraud, against it and it was my mistake as its my responsibility to take care of my identity. I haven't paid any money to him, he already had every information of mine and he just told me to close my checking account and i had done that one too, as no one can commit fraud any more. He also advised me to complaint about this to local sheriff department. He is not helping me out to resolve this case as he further promised me, that he will investigate about this.
My daughter received a call from 530-589-8181. Foreigner saying she owes money to somebody in California. They knew her ssn... She told him she has a lawyer and he hung up. Another number called and it was a foreigner again. This time he said she owed money to a company in a different State. I called the numbers and a foreigner answers as "Harrison Law Firm".
My daughter is getting calls too. I called the number and the guy answers saying "Harrison Law Firm". He rattled off my daughter's SSN, driver's license number and home address.
I have been receiving these calls for about 3 weeks now. Non-stop..all day long. At first, i was wondering what I missed because these people knew absolutely everything about me. My ss#, license#, employer, address, banking info. It was unbelievable. After listening for a minute (to what i could understand, that is), reality kicked in...i KNEW i didnt owe anyone money. No matter what i said, he insisted that i was going to be arrested, go to court, go to jail and be charged with fraud. I ended up hanging up on them..the first day. I contacted a friend of mine, an attorney after day 2 because i was getting real concerned about the calls. I was advised to contact local police and file a report (so i did), not that they could do anything really but just to have it on file. I was advised to get in touch with bank institution, employer, credit bureau's....anyone I could think of and also to change my number! Which i have not done. I have had this number for several years, its a pain to contact everyone with a number change.
Next time they called, it was a Mr. Phillaps, first time Mr. Smith (and i would really like to know what foreigner you know with these names). I was not as friendly as i was the first couple times. I told them to stay on the line because we were tracing the call, he hung up. I called back and said to hold for one moment again so we could get the trace, he hung up again. I called back atleast 3 more times and let them know what harrassement was all about. He called me a few names and hung up. I didnt get any calls for 2 days but of course, they are back. I am documenting times, dates, names they call themselves and yes, its Harrison Law Firm that they are claiming to be for cash advance usa! Never even heard of cash advance usa....??
Im really hope something can happen to catch these people. They are criminals and its not right that innocent people have to play victim to them. Any suggestions?
