call constantly call back their box is full not accepting messages !!! ya sure. So just turne their # into the local police im marysville & yuba city , also the FTC the FBI & the Secret Service they all took my complaint & the number that has been calling they all suggested this is a scammer & they will all get back to me . Do the same & stop the calls report them to all of the above like I did.
These stupid scam artist are calling my number and I did not take out a loan from them saying I borrowed money from them (which I didnt) Telling me I am going behind bars. Any help out there?
I received a call from 530-589-8181 this person claiming to be from a Harrison Law Firm that there was a fraud case against me if I wanted to settle out of court for 539.89 they wanted a letter with a copy of my D.L. # and a walmart gift card info and if i dont send it for me to be ready, i spoke with someone claiming to be David Brown,Gary Smith,Max Hendrix all sounded like the same person with the same accent,when i asked for their address and bar code number he got very angry and wanted to know why i wanted their address i replied i need to know that they are lagit,he then got angry, the address he gave me,the zip code was Los Angeles one phone number was from Sacramento,CA and the fax # 206-666-5143 is from Seattle WA the phone number for this firm comes from a magic jack 530-589-8181 DON'T SEND MONEY.
I also got a cal from this number and he also called my boss at my part-time job, saying that he had my social security number. The guy had a very thick Indian accent, but said his name was Max Hendricks. The only place I have ever given out my boss' phone number was on payday loan applications (I'm not proud -- I needed money) where I knew they wouldn't contact my work for a reference unless they couldn't locate me.
The number says it is called from California. I have looked and there is no such law firm with that phone number in California. In fact, I called the number on Saturday and got a magicjack.com (from the ads on tv) answering "service." The Magic Jack says right there in the message that the service allows you to make and receive calls for free. No legitimate law firm would ever use a service like this and I left a message to that effect and said that I would be calling the Better Business Bureau on them.
