Called and already knew my name and work phone number/email address. They said they would be sending me something via email. I did not have the chance to get their info before they hung up. Sigh- probably more spam calls in my future -_-
Caller with a thick Indian accent called my office claiming to be calling from Bloomberg. Referred to a bogus conversation that I was supposedly in with my colleague last week - mispronounced her name badly, and there was no call last week. Wanted to send me some information. I hung up before it went any further.
Woman caller phoned in to my business call center and requested to be transferred to me by name. When I answered the phone the woman confirmed by name and said she was from Fox Solutions. She said she was sending me something, but it was hard to understand her so I hung up the call. When I called back, the line was busy. I decided to search the phone number and her I am notating my call.
Called about 10 times today, some times 15 mins apart. Wasn't able to answer, but it this were a legit telemarketer, that's a good way to ensure I will never answer their call.
