Nothing has happened to the No Call list except there are now vastly more scammers out there, especially from foreign countries. Scammers are not about to register for access to the list to remove numbers found there and it is difficult for the authorities to track the foreign ones down without support from their country's authorities.
Yet another silent call to my toll free number. I am averaging about 5/day. Some in the middle of the night as noted above, some in the middle of the day.
