called and said my computer was slow because of hackers, at first i thought it was from micro soft, he got in to my computer and wanted $199.00
hung up on him, has called back 7 times today, dont answer
a call from 530-921-4207; heavy accent; count not identify gender. they did not give a name or a company name.
The caller asked for my spouse by name, then asked "who is in the house?"
I replied "how may I help you?"
Them: I will be coming to house to check computer.
Me: "I do not have a computer for you to check" then "please put me on your do-not-call list."
Them: "do you have a boyfriend?"
I repeated the question then said I am going to report you.
they hung up
they knew my name...foreign accent - a male - lots of background conversations - I said no one here by that name and said truthfully that I am on the do not call list and will report this number to the FTC - virtually worthless , I do know , as they simulate the number that is the alleged calling out number . Caller I'D' "said" : " Cell Phone C "
Four calls from this number today, including one at 0845 AM! Never a message. Caller ID just has the number followed by CA, so Nina has evidently been "fired." One call inadvertently left a message--just "hello? hello?" --and the male voice seemed to have a South Asian accent. I'm fed up with these calls.
