just lets the phone ring and then hang up when I answer.  4 times in last 20 minutes

My phone keeps ringing and when I answer there is just silence.  All from this number.

person called several times, saying they were Microsoft support, and argued when I informed them I do not have a computer with Microsoft installed in any way, shape or form. Scam phone call!!

When the person called, I let them know my PC had been stolen. The person stated that he had stolen my PC and when I asked for it back he said that he couldn't because he sold it.  Ha, Ha, Ha. What a dummy
