I also received 2 text messages today supposedly from HSBC asking me to call this number. But my texts came from 917-314-1532 and 917-471-7925. Looks like they're using a lot of different phone numbers!
i've been an HSBC customer for a number of years. HSBC DOES NOT and HAS NOT EVER offered any banking text alert service to their U.S. customers so if u get any kind of text alert and ur in the united states, IT IS A SCAM. just delete it, dont even reply to it.
