Thank everyone that has left a comment about this number. They called this morning and o happened to miss the call. They left no VM and it had no name with it. I was afraid it may be something for the person I care for since it was a local number. When I looked it up I saw all your comments and then called just out of curiosity. This is some kind a scam. Thanks everyone again for the heads up about this number.
They called 3 times back to back as soon as the ringer ended in the morning without leaving a voicemail. In fairly sure any legit attempt to get a gold of me so bad would at least leave a voicemail about what for.
