Asked for someone at a different branch. She is on vacation this week and said he was from UPS and it was about a package being shipped to her. I gave him the number to the other branch (unfortunately I answer multiple lines at a time and can't stay with someone too long) and then looked up the number. With all the other similar stories, I called that branch and told them he is a telemarketer and they deleted the voicemail. Thick Indian accent like others have said. Now that we know, we can just hang up. The number coming in said 540-989--8392
Just got a direct call from this number at my work. Indian accent. asked my name and I said "yes this is xxx" then he hung up. Called back and was routed through to me via a customer support representative at my company. I asked if it was the same number and it was. Had him transferred to me and he asked again if this is xxx? I did not reply with yes but said "um-huh" and he immediately hung up.
