Asked for someone at a different branch. She is on vacation this week and said he was from UPS and it was about a package being shipped to her. I gave him the number to the other branch (unfortunately I answer multiple lines at a time and can't stay with someone too long) and then looked up the number. With all the other similar stories, I called that branch and told them he is a telemarketer and they deleted the voicemail. Thick Indian accent like others have said. Now that we know, we can just hang up. The number coming in said 540-989--8392
Asked for employee who is affiliated but not based in this office. He asked if this was the main number and I stupidly said yes. Likely phishing, collecting initial contacts. Going to block.
