They cannot be prosecuted. Largely because they are in India and Pakistan. The US has no jurisdiction and the local governments do nothing to shut down the call centers where these calls originate. Invest in a call blocker and do not pick up on calls you do not recognize.
they said there was a discrepancy with my taxes of three thousand dollars be tween 2005 and 2013. couldn't notify me was sending it back to the court house and they would call me back in 30 to 45 minutes with the information of which court house that i need a to appear at . I will need a criminal lawyer. threatened with sending out local sheriff's department.
